It will give you a great idea of how much your job will really cost before builder mark up. helping you to decide how best to tackle your project. most choose to employ individual trades people to complete those specialist jobs

​when works are to commence order and time   scales e.g

2.  Material lists

​how many bricks blocks timber plasterboard tiles etc. this list can be handed to your chosen suppliers e.g. (Build-base) for costing they will usually return with a quote within 48hrs e.g
